The energy in the Rhode Island Convention Center was electric and attendees walked away with pages and pages of ideas that they could implement right away to improve their business. Over 100 presenters and featured speakers shared insights into new global influences that are affecting the cultural marketplace, such as social media and technology, consumer buying behavior, and the need to do more with fewer resources.

Providence was the perfect backdrop for four days of networking, with a memorable opening reception at the Rhode Island School of Design Art Museum and the wonderment of the multi-sensory art installation, WaterFire, on Halloween.
