Jerry YoshitomiChief Knowledge Officer
Jerry Yoshitomi has been most effective when he’s led from the middle and will share lessons learned from his own and others’ experiences. He had entry level and deputy director positions at the Arizona Commission on the Arts and WESTAF (Western States Arts Foundation). As the Executive Director of the Japanese American Cultural and Community Center in Los Angeles, he learned the value of the CEO leading a Board of Directors. Similar skills informed roles as the chair/leader of several nationally impactful committees and task forces. But only in his years as an independent consultant has he figured out how to transmit these skills to others.
