Stephen leads AMN, an agency specializing strategic planning and resources for audience development and retention. He has held senior management positions with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and the Los Angeles Philharmonic. Belth has designed and implemented literally hundreds of management and marketing programs for arts and cultural institutions throughout the US, including the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, Cleveland Orchestra, and Virginia Arts Festival. He is Vice Chair of the Arts and Business Council of Miami of Americans for the Arts.
